Location: Louisville, KY (fully on-site)
OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Site Scheduler to support a major combined cycle power plant project in Louisville, KY. This role will be responsible for providing planning and scheduling leadership at the project site, ensuring schedule integrity, progress tracking, forecasting, and coordination across all project stakeholders.
Schedule- 5 days on / 2 days off
- Approximately 50 hours per week
- 5–10 years of scheduling experience in industrial or power generation environments
- Direct experience supporting combined cycle power plant projects
- Strong proficiency with Primavera P6
- Experience with Microsoft Project is a plus
- Previous experience with GE, Field Core, or Alstom projects preferred
- Strong understanding of CPM scheduling principles and construction sequencing
- Spanish language skills are a plus
- Serve as the primary scheduling interface for site management and project stakeholders
- Develop, maintain, and update detailed site schedules
- Coordinate schedule integration with contractors, subcontractors, consortium partners, and project teams
- Monitor project progress and provide accurate schedule updates, analyses, and reporting
- Identify delays, critical path impacts, and develop recovery or acceleration plans
- Lead schedule coordination meetings and forecasting discussions
- Perform what-if analyses and schedule impact assessments
Support monthly project schedule reviews and reporting activities - Ensure schedule logic, quality, and reporting standards are maintained throughout project execution
- Maintain project scheduling history and documentation for contractual and claims support
- Communicate schedule priorities and look-ahead plans to site leadership
- Escalate scheduling risks that may impact key milestones, resources, costs, or project completion dates
- Combined cycle or thermal power plant construction
- Large EPC or energy infrastructure projects
- Site-based construction scheduling leadership
