Key Responsibilities- Manage water/wastewater treatment plant and related civil infrastructure projects
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and field operations
- Lead project planning, risk management, and client communication
- Conduct site visits and progress reviews (approx. 30% travel)
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across all phases
- Collaborate closely with estimating, engineering, and field leadership
- Strong background in water/wastewater construction
- Proven experience managing complex civil infrastructure projects
- Ability to lead teams, coordinate subcontractors, and drive project outcomes
- Excellent communication and client‑facing skills
