Be part of a next-generation pharmaceutical project that’s transforming how medicines are made.

We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a Construction System Owner to join the team and help deliver this world-class program.

What You’ll Do

• Provide daily onsite technical and quality oversight of CSA construction and installation activities.
• Interpret drawings, specifications, installation standards, approved submittals, and project requirements to verify contractor compliance.
• Perform field verification of CSA installations to confirm compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, validated submittals, GMP expectations, and project quality standards.
• Witness, inspect, sample, and verify CSA work for compliance with civil, structural, architectural, cleanroom, and controlled environment requirements.
• Verify installation and readiness of CSA scope including civil works, structural systems, equipment foundations, underground utilities, cleanroom architectural finishes, partitions, building envelope, temporary barriers, environmental controls, access controls, and dust control measures.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, Construction Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.
• Extensive field experience supporting CSA scope delivery on large-scale pharmaceutical, GMP-regulated, industrial, or complex capital construction projects.
• Strong field-based CSA construction experience, with the ability to provide technical oversight, verify installation quality, monitor progress, and challenge contractor performance.
• Strong knowledge of civil works, structural systems, equipment foundations, underground utilities, building envelope construction, cleanroom architectural finishes, controlled environment requirements, and CSA interfaces with other disciplines.
