As a Master Scheduler, you will fulfil the customer requirements by levelling the activities of the production floor, you will analyse, understand and anticipate the customer needs, ensuring that they are reflected in production activities, analyse customer Mis‑deliveries Per Million (MPM) in order to propose improvement action plans: define and optimise data gathering and exchange and ensure data integrity in systems;
follow up the achievement of the customer delivery programme by managing alerts and following up with the transportation and the delivery of pieces; prepare the Sales & Operations Planning (PIC) monthly to obtain proper volume levels and optimise resources (employees, machines, materials and supplier readiness and capacity); implement and drive the Master Production Schedule (PDP) to ensure a level production plan and make production line provisions for variations of customer’s demand;
manage the pool and safety stock levels; and check that the sequencer and procurements are consistent with the PDP. You will be accountable for communicating with the customers, establishing and monitoring the master production schedule, preparing and implementing the sales and operations planning, managing the pool and safety stocks levels, and following up the delivery performance.
You will also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimise the resources and processes, and to anticipate and resolve any issues related to engineering changes or mix changes.

- Education:
Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's in Engineering or Business.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- Master degree in Enineering preferred
- Fluent in English
- Strong analytical and problem solving‑skills required.
- Excellent interpersonal including diplomacy, communication, organisational, and administrative skills are essential.

- Job involves lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Steel‑toed shoes, safety glasses, gloves, ear protection, and safety anti‑cut sleeves required in production area due to physical hazards from moving equipment, machine parts, and product.
