CDM Smith is seeking a Lead Substation Physical Engineer in the United States to design and deliver EHV substations (230 kV–765 kV). The role blends hands-on technical work with project leadership, client engagement, and mentoring of junior engineers in a hybrid office setting.
You will guide protection and control integration, perform engineering calculations, and supervise engineering output across multiple projects. A PE license and 12+ years of experience are preferred.
