- Develop bumper design concepts based on OEM direction.
- Evaluate designs and close open issues.
- Perform styling feasibility with LA Studio.
- Create OEM-standard drawings.
- Perform cost estimation and supplier quote analysis.
- Attend evaluations and support gap & flush, IQS, wiring, piping, and change management.
Requirements
- Full-time onsite at Honda, Raymond, OH.
- Act as onsite lead between OEM and offshore teams.
- Manage offshore engineering workload.
- Understand OEM product development process.
- Strong CATIA V5/V6 expertise.
- Ability to coordinate with styling, suppliers, and manufacturing.
- Knowledge of automotive cost drivers and design optimization.
