Lead Civil Site Development Project Manager

A civil engineering firm located in multiple locations is seeking a Lead Civil Site Development Project Manager for their Louisville office! Responsibilities include planning/coordinating technical aspects of civil site engineering projects, leading the general design of site, utility and grading improvements, handling all aspects of a project (management/design, field work, construction administration), handling layout and detail for a variety of site improvement projects, designing sustainable site improvements (bioretention basins, pervious payments, bioswales), designing and drafting project improvements with AutoCAD, identifying/troubleshooting potential construction issues before contractor bid, mentoring/training junior staff, developing site engineering plans, reports, and specifications, and building/maintaining client relationships.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, 7+ years of experience, PE License, proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D, knowledge of civil site-related technical design in land/site development, strong site development project design skills, and strong project management/leadership skills.
