Ryan University is our 10‑week paid internship program, built to give students a real start in the fire protection industry.
2027 Program Dates LocationsWe are hiring for all of our locations. Ryan University takes place at our Noblesville, IN Headquarters.
- Louisville, KY
- Exposure to project management, fabrication, and field operations
- Housing assistance provided when training at our HQ in Noblesville, Indiana if needed
- Real-world experience that prepares you for future roles in Design, Project Management, or Sales Engineering
- Current incoming Juniors and incoming Seniors in Mechanical Engineering, Construction, or related major preferred
- Detail‑evolved, reliable, and eager to learn
