We are seeking a Pro Shop Attendant to become an integral part of our team!
You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail settingin order to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and identify customer needs
- Explain products and services to customers
- Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
- Enter and process customer orders
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
Windridge Golf Course was founded in 1957. We offer year‑round golf on our semi‑private golf course. Our swimming pool is available for use for private membership from June‑August. We are a quiet, casual, family‑type club. We offer banquet and meeting room for parties, weddings and business affairs.
