Position Summary

The Treasury Coordinator supports daily cash management and banking operations while ensuring accurate reporting and strong financial controls. This role requires advanced Excel skills and hands‑on experience working with banking platforms and financial institutions.

• Manage daily cash positioning and liquidity reporting across multiple bank accounts
• Prepare detailed cash forecasts, variance analyses, and treasury reports using Excel
• Execute and record banking transactions including wires, ACH, and positive pay
• Perform complex bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in coordination with banks
• Maintain and administer online banking portals and user access controls
• Support opening, closing, and maintenance of domestic and international bank accounts
• Partner with Accounting and Finance teams to ensure accurate cash flow reporting
• Assist with treasury audits, SOX controls, and compliance documentation
• Maintain treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls documentation

• 2–4 years of treasury, cash management, or banking‑related experience
• Strong Excel skills required

• Direct experience working with banks and online banking platforms required
• Solid understanding of cash management, bank reconciliations, and financial controls
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and time‑management skills
