This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Commercial Lender based in the Louisville Metropolitan Area. The Senior Commercial Lender will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of commercial loans, building strong client relationships, performing credit analysis and underwriting, and structuring loan solutions to meet client needs. The role also includes maintaining compliance with banking regulations, pursuing new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to provide exemplary customer service and guidance to commercial clients.

• 10+ years of proven experience in Commercial Lending, underwriting and loan structuring, with strong analytical and financial assessment skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Knowledge of financial analysis, credit policies, and managing loan portfolios.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Previous experience in banking or a similar financial services environment preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate in a team setting.
