What you will be doing... Your IMPACT

* Prepares and posts financial journal entries including intercompany eliminating entries.

* Reviews and analyzes general ledger account balances.

* Verify accuracy of ledger entries and makes recommendations for corrections.

* Prepare monthly reconciliations and balance sheets.

* May serve as mentor for lower-level accountants.

* Performs all other duties as assigned.

What we are looking for...

* High School Diploma/GED

* Competence in all financial and accounting principles and processes.

* Proficiency in using office productivity software such as MS Office, Oracle, and other financial systems.

* 3-5 Years of accounting competence.

* Valid Driver's License.

Even better if you have:

* Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

* General knowledge around continuous improvement or lean concepts is a plus Knowledge of SEC and other government regulations.

* Knowledge of Sox legislation.
