Controller, Finance & Banking, Financial Manager

Overview

We are conducting a confidential search for an experienced accounting leader to oversee a complex, multi-entity environment.

• Manage all core accounting functions including general ledger, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Oversee cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and daily cash activity to ensure strong financial stewardship.
• Coordinate tax compliance with external advisors, support regulatory filings, monitor investment activity and reporting.
• Supervise and develop staff, and oversee human resources administration and operational systems.
• Operate in a dynamic environment that requires discretion, sound judgment, and hands on leadership.

Please know that $200K is top end.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company s 401(k) retirement plan.
