Job SummaryThe Contract and Finance Administrator will serve to assist with all aspects needed to correctly budget, invoice and support our programs by providing financial and administrative support to assigned Divisional and Region Vice Presidents.
Essential FunctionsOversees the P&L review and researches Customer Support Center questions.
Completes financial research for division Regional Vice Presidents, Division Vice Presidents and the accounting team. Monitors revenue vs labor, researches and solves variance issues. Completes monthly financial review report for division RVPS. Codes RVP expenses in the expense reporting system. Ensures Quality Assurance on all workflows by implementing existing management policies and creating new best practices.
Contract ManagementDirects the contract execution process through Docu Sign. Manages contract retention in SharePoint, Drop Box and at the corporate office. Drives customer billing and internal business operations by completing Contract Summary Forms for all contract changes. Interprets basic pricing templates using management policies and ensures standardization of pricing templates. Updates Sales Force and internal reports with contract information. Designs and distributes contract information reports in Sales Force.
BudgetsCompletes working budget updates for prelims and finals. Assists with the annual Board Budget process.
Research & AnalysisResearches billing issues, monthly financials, vendor invoice and payment inquiries, and other areas as needed. Researches purchasing of large equipment and other crucial purchases. Analyzes Risk/Wage reports, fuel usage, phone and utility expenses, licensing and security audits, and asset management logs.
Reporting & Systems SupportDirects Operations Managers in the assigned division in the use of the financial reporting system, expense reporting system, and invoicing system. Completes administrative functions and reporting in SharePoint, Vena, OnBase, expense reporting and invoicing systems, and other systems as assigned.
Requirements- Must be detail oriented and analytical with strong critical thinking, time management, and organizational skills.

- Technological:
Must be advanced in the MS Office suite of products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PPT), type 50 WPM - Communication:
Must have above average communication skills with ability to understand and explain complicated financial reports, systems and processes. - Education/
Experience:
Will evaluate candidates based on a mix of education and relevant experience. Financial/ Accounting experience a plus, but not required.
