Are you a proactive, analytical thinker with expertise in risk assessment and intercompany operations? We are seeking a Corporate Assurance Analyst to join our team. This role is integral to our company s success, as it involves ensuring our business operations adhere to the highest standards of compliance, governance, and risk management. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing assurance on the effectiveness of our risk management, internal controls, and governance processes.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and audits to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.Collaborate with various departments to ensure intercompany transactions are handled accurately and efficiently.Develop and implement effective strategies for managing risks and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and propose recommendations for improving internal controls and procedures.Participate in the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures to enhance the company s overall assurance framework.Provide advice and guidance to management on risk management and compliance matters.Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in corporate governance, risk management, and assurance practices.Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in finance, business administration, or related field; a master s or professional certification (CPA, CFA, CIA, CISA) is a plus.Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk assessment, compliance, auditing, or related field, preferably in a corporate setting.Experience in intercompany operations with strong accounting principles and financial reporting knowledge.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex financial data and identify risks.Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to interact with all levels of the organization.Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.High integrity and professionalism with ability to handle confidential information.Proactive, independent, and team-oriented work style.Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.This role is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional looking to make a significant impact in a leading organization.
