Jr. Investment Portfolio Manager

Insight Global is looking for a Jr. Investment Portfolio Manager for a client in Louisville, KY! Below is more information of what we're looking for in a candidate in the role:

• Experience in investment management, portfolio support, or related buy-side role
• Daily hands‑on experience with Bloomberg
• Exposure to portfolio analytics, reporting, or performance attribution
• Interest in automation and process improvement
• Open‑minded, coachable, and eager to improve efficiency and technical proficiency
• Desire to pursue CFA
• Willingness to be based long‑term in Kentucky

• Experience with Clearwater Analytics
• Light trading or trade support exposure
• VBA, Python, or other automation tools

Insight Global is seeking a Jr. Investment Portfolio Manager for a respected buy‑side asset management client based in Kentucky. This individual will support portfolio management activities through deep analytical work, heavy use of Bloomberg and Excel, and collaboration with internal stakeholders and external investment managers. The role offers exposure to portfolio construction, performance analysis, and light trading without the pressure of sitting at a trading desk all day.

Compensation
: $50-60/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
