Job Description- Provide portfolio/platform and relationship management services to a select number of UHNW and Family Office clients across Ohio, Michigan, Illinois, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Indiana, and Kentucky.
- Manage accounts in accordance with investment objectives developed with each client, incorporating PNC’s investment approach, philosophy, and platform.
- Maintain expert knowledge of complex investment and asset‑management strategies.
- Lead the growth of assets under management and the retention of clients in the market.
- Serve as a resource and proactively support the acquisition of new clients and expansion of services.
- Provide leadership and direction to investment professionals.
- Execute risk‑management practices through adherence to PNC’s policies and procedures.
- Identify, resolve, or escalate risk‑management issues proactively.
- Be accountable for the execution of policies and Regulation 9 within the market.
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills in investment management, portfolio and relationship management, and risk management.
- Preferred skills include accountability, budget management, competitive advantage analysis, decision making, finance strategy, financial modeling, investment management, client relationship management, critical thinking, effective communications, portfolio management, risk management, sales management, and value selling.
- University or college degree required; a master’s or PhD is desirable.
- Industry experience typically 8+ years, with specific certifications often required.
Base Salary: $154,000 – $286,000 (varies by geography, market data, individual skills, experience, and education). The role is incentive eligible, with payment based on company, business, and/or individual performance.
