Through our Finance Rotational Program (VIE), we are investing in the development of our future Finance Business Partner leaders. Over two years, you will gain hands-on experience in two key finance functions at the heart of our manufacturing business: one year in
** Plant Controlling

** for our site in Dexter, USA.
*** Master's degree in Finance
* First experience in controlling, or significant apprenticeship experience in controlling preferably in industrial environment
* Computer literate and good knowledge of IT systems
* Solid accounting knowledge
* Strong teamwork
* Good communication skills
* A business partner mindset (ability to support operational teams and influence decisions)
* Curiosity and willingness to learn
* Interest in understanding manufacturing and operational processes
