The Person al Banker I is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Louisville, KY, responsible for providing individualized financial guidance and frontline service to retail customers. This role includes opening new accounts, processing deposits and other basic transactions, and recommending appropriate banking products and services based on customer needs. The Person al Banker I will build and maintain relationships with customers, respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and proactively identify opportunities to deepen engagement through cross‑selling.

Daily activities also involve adhering to bank policies and regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with branch team members to meet performance and service goals. The role requires a strong focus on customer experience, financial accuracy, and support of branch sales and service initiatives.
