Community Choice Financial Family of Brands (CCFI) is seeking a strategic General Manager to lead operations in our Banking, Insurance & Investment division within the Executive, Management & Leadership team. This role oversees branch performance, personal lending, retail financing, and insurance offerings, ensuring regulatory compliance and exceptional customer experience. The General Manager will drive market growth, optimize financial performance, mentor cross functional teams, and collaborate with Financial Analysts on portfolio strategies, budget planning, and risk management while fostering CCFI's inclusive, community-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall operations and financial performance for assigned banking, insurance, and investment units
• Develop and execute strategic plans to grow personal loans, retail financing, and insurance products
• Manage P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and performance metrics to achieve revenue and profitability targets
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory, compliance, and risk management standards
• Collaborate with Financial Analysts on market analysis, portfolio strategies, and capital allocation
• Drive a high-performance, inclusive culture through coaching, mentoring, and talent development
• Optimize customer experience, service quality, and community engagement initiatives
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and regulators
• Use data and KPIs to identify opportunities, streamline operations, and improve service delivery
• Report business performance and strategic recommendations to senior executive leadership
