Beauty Therapist

BEAUTY THERAPIST RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUCE:

• Evaluate clients’ beauty needs by asking questions and performing skin analyses.
• Provide personalized skincare and beauty treatments, including facials, exfoliation services, and skin-enhancing treatments. Offer clients advice on cosmetic and skincare products.
• Perform various wellness and relaxation techniques on clients’ face, hands, feet, and back. Explain all treatment procedures to clients.
• Perform nail care treatments through professional manicure and pedicure services, including Gel polish.
• Provide exceptional facial and body hair removal treatments.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly cleaning and sterilizing beauty tools and equipment after each use.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish supplies as needed to ensure uninterrupted client services.
• Maintain accurate client records and updated documentation to support quality service delivery.
• Keep service areas clean and fully stocked.
• Deliver personalized service by acknowledging and responding to relevant customer queries, needs, and expectations.
• Suggest and promote retail products or additional services.
• Apply current best practices and industry standards.
• Keep up to date with beauty and wellness market trends.

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a beauty therapist in a luxury spa, hotel or resort environment.
• Skilled in delivering professional waxing services, brow treatments, and lash tinting procedures.
• Committed to maintaining exceptional service standards while fostering a welcoming, supportive, and professional environment for guests and team members.
• Physically capable of performing all essential duties of the role, including prolonged periods of standing, sitting, walking, bending, and reaching, as well as safely pushing, pulling, and lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Must be comfortable working a flexible schedule, including working outside of normal business hours (i.e. evenings, weekends and public holidays, as needed)

Hourly Wage: USD $8.00 - USD $10.00 Per Hour + gratuities
