Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $78,000 - $90,000 / Year

Up to $10,000 in sign‑on bonuses available

• Licensed in Kentucky as an Occupational Therapist
• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) or anticipating certification within two years

• Reviewing patient medical history and developing individualized treatment plans
• Diagnosing patients by observing movements and listening to concerns
• Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and manual therapy to manage pain and improve mobility
• Recording patient progress and modifying treatment plans as needed
