Lead the work that protects everyone.
Some roles keep hospitals running.
This one keeps them safe.
We’re seeking an experienced, mission-driven Infection Prevention Specialist to lead and elevate a comprehensive infection prevention program within a highly respected, community-centered hospital.

You’ll serve as the subject matter expert and advisor to clinical staff, physicians, and executive leadership — guiding infection prevention strategy across the entire organization.
Community impact beyond hospital walls.
From NHSN reporting and HAI surveillance to collaboration with local health departments, your work extends into the broader community.
Prevention, not reaction.
Lead surveillance initiatives. Oversee flu vaccination strategy. Drive hand hygiene compliance. Support water safety programs. Participate in construction risk assessments to proactively reduce infection risk before issues arise.
Mission-driven culture.
This organization is known for professionalism, integrity, and compassionate care. Staff are truly proud of where they work — and leadership is supportive, approachable, and collaborative.
Quality of life matters here.
