A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Claims Support Specialist to assist in claims activities, including resolving member and provider complaints in compliance with CMS standards. This role requires at least 2 years of managed care experience and proficiency in health claims processing. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills and be able to manage multiple tasks.

Familiarity with Medicaid and Medicare claims is preferred. Competitive hourly pay is offered.
