A Louisville East Post Acute PRN Speech Therapist will be expected to evaluate and treat residents throughout the facility in our Pathways TBI, Sub Acute Rehab, and LTC units. PRN Speech-Language Therapist responsibilities will include communicating with families, physicians, and other health team members. Documentation of services must be maintained in the medical records and may be required by the Director of Therapy to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
