Director of Nursing

We are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to lead our clinical team and oversee the delivery of high‑quality, person‑centered care.

The Director of Nursing is responsible for overall clinical oversight, regulatory compliance, staffing, and ensuring exceptional dementia‑focused care. This role works closely with the Executive Director and Regional Clinical leadership to maintain excellence in care and operations.

• Ensure 24‑hour clinical coverage and appropriate staffing
• Oversee resident assessments, care plans, and level‑of‑care reviews
• Maintain compliance with Kentucky Assisted Living and Dementia Care regulations
• Lead hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of nursing staff
• Conduct family care conferences and communicate changes in condition
• Oversee clinical supplies and operate within approved budget
• Participate in surveys and ensure regulatory readiness
• Provide 24/7 on‑call clinical support

• RN or LPN in good standing with the Kentucky Board of Nursing
• Experience in geriatrics, assisted living, memory care, or long‑term care preferred
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical assessment skills
