Registered Nurses – DOCS Health
Join us as an independent contractor to provide vital health services to Military Service Members. In this rewarding role, you’ll primarily work weekends, with occasional weekdays under the Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP) on an "as‑needed" basis.

Play a crucial role in supporting the health and readiness of our military personnel across various branches, including the U.S. Army Reserve (USAR), Army National Guard (ARNG), U.S. Navy Reserve (USNR), U.S. Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES), U.S. Coast Guard Reserve (USCGR), Air National Guard (ANG), and the U.S. Air Force Reserve (USAFR). - Flexible Scheduling:

- Support Physical Health Assessments of military personnel.
- Review health history, service member medical records, and medical questionnaires.
- Conduct interviews to identify current and prior medical concerns, including Behavioral Health.
- Document interview results for readiness classification in the service member’s medical record using our proprietary system.
- Education:
Completion of an Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited registered nursing program. - Certification:
Minimum of CPR and BLS (Basic Life Support) certification. - Experience:
At least 2 years of recent clinical experience as a Registered Nurse. - Licensure:
Must hold an unrestricted nursing license in a state, territory, or Commonwealth of the United States. - Resilience:
Ability to handle high‑stress situations effectively. - Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Team Player:
Willingness to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams with a positive and supportive attitude.
