This unique opportunity is designed for experienced CRNAs interested in working at two premier facilities while earning additional compensation and enjoying a high level of clinical autonomy. You’ll practice in two distinct environments, expand your skills, and be part of a collaborative, high-performing anesthesia team in a care-team model.

Compensation & Benefits

• $240,000 base salary

• $6,000 Quality Bonus

• $13,000 Acuity Bonus

• Estimated Call Pay: $19,000

• Estimated total compensation: $278,000

• 8 weeks PTO

• Sign-on bonus options:

  • 2-year commitment

  • 3-year commitment
