We have multiple positions available, including full-time and part-time roles for a Speech‑Language Pathologist. Positions are available in Louisville, KY and surrounding areas. The Speech‑Language Pathologist will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating communication, speech, language, and swallowing disorders, as well as creating individualized therapy plans. Day‑to‑day tasks include conducting assessments, implementing therapy sessions, maintaining progress documentation, collaborating with caregivers for support strategies, and contributing to the development of functional therapy goals tailored to client needs.
Qualifications- Expertise in Speech Therapy and Speech‑related practices
- Knowledge of Dysphagia and experience managing patients with swallowing disorders
- Proficiency in evaluating and addressing Communication Disorders
- Specialized understanding and treatment methods for Language Disorders
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with clients, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams
- Master's degree in Speech‑Language Pathology and required licensing or certification
- Previous experience in speech therapy or related fields is preferred
- Passion for supporting individuals with diverse abilities to achieve greater independence
