Position OverviewThe Director of Guest Experiences, Programming & Activations, and Outlet Sales is the creative and commercial architect of the hotel’s cultural identity. This leader curates distinctive, socially driven experiences that position the hotel as a neighborhood hub and destination venue while driving total outlet revenue and guest engagement.
In an urban lifestyle environment, this role blends experiential marketing, nightlife strategy, community partnerships, and revenue optimization to ensure the hotel is not simply a place to stay — but a place to gather.
Primary Responsibilities1. Lifestyle Experience Strategy
- Develop a cohesive experiential strategy aligned with brand DNA and target demographic in relations to F&B venues.
- Position the hotel as a social anchor within the neighborhood with emphasis on Steakhouse BB and Lobby Bar and Rooftop BB.
- Oversee VIP programming, influencer stays, and loyalty recognition experiences in tandem with the Hotel Marketing Manager to experience all F&B Venues.
- Elevate guest journey touchpoints from arrival through departure with emphasis in F&B venues.
- Monitor guest sentiment across social platforms, online reviews, and internal GSS tools.
- Curate a dynamic, year-round calendar of events including:
- DJ nights & live music
- Mixology collaborations
- Fashion & art pop-ups
- Wellness mornings
- Cultural celebrations
- Seasonal rooftop/patio activations
- Develop partnerships with local artists, chefs, fashion brands, musicians, and creative collectives.
- Align activations with city events (festivals, conventions, sporting events).
- Ensure activations drive measurable revenue and brand visibility.
- Collaborate with Marketing for digital storytelling and social amplification.
- Drive performance across all social spaces (restaurant, bar, rooftop, café, retail).
- Maximize revenue per available seat (RevPAS) and per occupied room (POR spend).
- Develop themed nights, ticketed events, VIP table packages, and premium experiences.
- Increase local capture rate and non-guest traffic.
- Partner with Sales to embed outlet experiences into group contracts.
- Analyze outlet P&Ls and implement margin-enhancing strategies.
- Serve as cultural ambassador of the property.
- Establish the hotel as a go-to venue for taste makers and influencers.
- Maintain strong relationships with local media and hospitality networks.
- Support public relations initiatives and brand collaborations.
- Leverage activations to drive social engagement and earned media.
- Lead programming, guest experience, and outlet sales teams.
- Inspire a culture of creativity, agility, and high-energy service.
- Provide training on experiential selling and upselling techniques.
- Establish KPIs aligned with revenue and guest engagement goals.

- 7+ years in lifestyle, boutique, or urban hospitality leadership.
- Strong background in F&B, nightlife, or experiential marketing.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen and P&L management.
- Established local network within creative or hospitality communities (preferred).
- High energy, trend-aware, and culturally connected.
