Compensation:
Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. The hourly base pay range for this position is $12 per hour plus tips.
Work Schedule:
The work schedule may include AM/PM shift times.
Benefits:

The Guest Service Associate is responsible for providing exceptional hospitality services to guests in an attentive, friendly and efficient manner, managing parking and retrieving guest vehicles safely, and assisting guests with luggage during arrival and departure.
Essential Functions- 25%:
Maintains a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all guests, co‑workers, and clients. Greets guests within five feet with a professional and friendly demeanor using guest last names. - 10%:
Uses salutation of the day and welcomes guests, practices proper phone etiquette, and posts up in designated areas when not completing tasks. - 20%:
Parks and retrieves vehicles carefully, assists guests with bell services and luggage storage, opens vehicle and hotel doors for guests, and assists with directions, taxis, reservations, and inquiries about outlets, meeting rooms, amenities, and local attractions. - 10%:
Explains parking rates and retrieval procedures, issues claim checks after receiving vehicle keys, collects claim checks, maintains ticket information, and calculates revenue as needed. - 35%:
Includes all responsibilities combined, totaling 100% of the time.
- Education:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED). - Licensure:
Must hold a valid driver’s license for the applicable state. - Work Experience:
At least one month of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. - Knowledge:
Principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. - Skills:
Reading, writing, and comprehending standard English; basic arithmetic with money; understanding 24‑hour and military time; parallel parking; operating a manual transmission (highly desirable); ability to add/subtract three‑digit numbers and perform basic calculations.
Authority to Act:
The job is fairly routine. Incumbent follows established practices and procedures, with decisions made within operational instructions and departmental guidelines. The employee has limited resource control.
Employees are required to talk or hear, sit or stand for extended periods, run, walk, handle objects, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Specific vision abilities required include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
Lifting Requirements:
Exert up to 100 pounds occasionally, up to 50 pounds frequently, or up to 20 pounds constantly.
Environment:
Majority of work outdoors for extended periods, exposure to extreme heat and cold, with limited weather protection. Travel up to 5% may be required.
