** Seasonal Banquet Servers
** to support our banquet and catering operations during our busy event season. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment and enjoy creating memorable experiences for guests.
As a Seasonal Banquet Server, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service at weddings, corporate events, social gatherings, and special functions while representing the high standards of Hotel Bourré Bonne.##
** Essential Job Functions
*** Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including tables, chairs, linens, glassware, and place settings.
* Provide friendly, attentive, and professional food and beverage service during events.
* Ensure all guests receive prompt and courteous service.
* Maintain knowledge of menu offerings and event details.
* Assist with buffet setup, replenishment, and breakdown.
* Clear tables and maintain cleanliness throughout events.
* Follow all food safety and alcohol service standards.
* Work collaboratively with banquet captains, culinary staff, and other team members.
* Assist with event breakdown and reset of banquet spaces.
* Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance at all times.## Qualifications##
** Qualifications
* ** Previous banquet, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality experience preferred.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
* Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic.##

Physical Requirements
* Frequently standing, walking, bending, reaching, and carrying trays or banquet equipment.
* Ability to lift, push, pull, and move up to 30 pounds regularly.
* Ability to work indoors and outdoors depending on event location.
