HRIS Advisor | Leading Corporate HR Team
We’re hiring an HRIS Advisor to support a dynamic Human Resources systems environment in Louisville, KY. This is an on‑site opportunity with strong potential for long‑term growth and conversion. If you have experience supporting HR systems and enjoy solving technical issues while working cross‑functionally, this is a great opportunity to make an impact.
What You’ll Do:- Provide day‑to‑day support for HRIS, Learning Management (LMS), and Applicant Tracking (ATS) systems
- Respond to and resolve user requests via phone and email
- Troubleshoot, research, and resolve system‑related issues
- Escalate complex issues when appropriate
- Perform scheduled activities including mass data updates and audits
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across HR platforms
- Document processes, issues, and resolutions
- Support system testing, upgrades, and enhancements
- Maintain compliance with company policies and data security standards
- 2+ years of experience supporting HRIS or related HR systems
- Experience working with HRIS, LMS, and/or ATS platforms
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail with a strong commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with system implementations or upgrades
- Advanced Excel or reporting skills
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices
