Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for talent acquisition.

Responsibilities:

* Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

* Maintain and update applicant tracking systems with accurate candidate information.

* Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on various platforms.

* Communicate with candidates to provide updates and ensure a positive experience.

* Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks and reporting.

* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and timelines.

Qualifications:

* Previous experience in recruitment coordination or a related field is preferred.

* Strong organizational and time management skills.

* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

* Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.

* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

* High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
