Recruitment Coordinator

We’re seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support hiring operations for a large, established organization. This role offers a hybrid schedule (Tues–Thurs in office) and the opportunity to contribute to high-volume recruiting efforts in a fast-paced environment.

• Schedule interviews and coordinate availability between candidates and hiring teams.
• Manage candidate communications, including start date prep and pre-employment steps (background checks, drug screens).
• Track recruiting activity, interview outcomes, and requisition status across multiple roles.
• Support pre-employment testing and ensure timely follow-up with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with recruiters, HR business partners, and hiring managers on administrative and operational needs.

• 1+ years of experience in HR, recruiting coordination, or as an administrative assistant handling interview scheduling.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and general Microsoft Office tools; detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; able to work with people at all levels of the organization.
