We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Generalist to join our team. This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment and contributing across multiple areas of human resources. The HR Generalist will support daily HR operations, employee relations, recruitment efforts, compliance initiatives, and organizational development while helping foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
This position will work onsite at our production facility within commuting distance of Louisville.
- Administer and support core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management
- Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Assist with employee investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data
- Support benefits administration and employee engagement initiatives
- Partner with leadership to support workforce planning and organizational goals
- Assist with training coordination and HR program implementation
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (required)
- Minimum of three (3) years of HR Generalist or related HR experience
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and compliance requirements
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- HR certification (PHR, SHRM‑CP, or equivalent) preferred
- Experience supporting a multi‑department or fast‑paced operational environment
- Competitive salary within the range of $80,000 – $95,000
