In this hybrid role, you will partner with Human Resource Business Partners, recruiters, and interviewers to ensure a seamless hiring process. Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with hiring leaders and panel interviewers to manage interview logistics and track feedback
- Manage new hire communications, onboarding preparation, and start date coordination
- Track recruitment activities and requisition status in weekly reports
- Support the pre-employment process, including testing, confirmations, and email communications
- Process background checks and drug screenings
- Assist with additional recruiting activities and projects as needed
Required Skills and Experience
- 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or human resources
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Strong customer service mindset with a drive to exceed expectations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively across all organizational levels and maintain confidentiality
- Flexible team player with a strong work ethic
Preferred Skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Familiarity with Oracle HCM or similar HCMS platforms
- Bachelor's degree
