Physician Recruiter

6-Month Contract | Hybrid (75% Remote, 25% On-site) | Ohio & Kentucky Markets

Chen Med is seeking an experienced Clinical Recruiter to lead the acquisition of Primary Care Physicians across Ohio and Kentucky. This contract role offers the opportunity to drive business outcomes through best-in-class recruiting strategy while delivering a VIP candidate experience.

Location: Louisville, KY or Cincinnati, OH area preferred

Travel: Up to 25% (conferences, job fairs, market visits)

• Execute full-lifecycle recruiting for Primary Care Physicians using diverse sourcing strategies
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through networking and relationship building
• Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and present qualified recommendations to leadership
• Collaborate with Clinical Leaders to develop integrated physician talent strategies
• Serve as primary negotiator and relationship manager for selected candidates
• Leverage data analytics and market intelligence to optimize recruiting outcomes
• Represent Chen Med at conferences and job fairs to generate leads

Required Experience:

• 10+ years overall recruiting experience
• 5+ years physician recruiting experience (strongly preferred)
• BA/BS in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Expert knowledge of clinical recruiting best practices
• Strong understanding of physician compensation and restrictive covenants
• Proficiency with ATS systems and sourcing tools (Workday, Practice Link, Practice Match, Doc Cafe preferred)
• Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building abilities
• Executive presence to partner with senior leadership and physician candidates
