1. Onboarding & Offboarding
Manage full onboarding and offboarding processes.
Prepare Employment Letters and issue appointment, confirmation, termination, and other HR-related letters.
Handle full-process Work Permit applications and renewals (HS).
Manage PSA pass applications for NT staff.
Update andmaintainemployee information in HR systems and SME payroll.
Ensureaccurateandtimelydata entry for staff movements.
Coordinate staff training and course registrations.
Liaise with training providers and apply for CCP grants where applicable.
Handle vehicle insurance renewals and claims.
Manage employee insurance claims for medical or work-related incidents.
Maintain HR files, records, and databases.
Handle general office administration (filing, scanning, documentation).
Assistpayroll preparation with data such as leave records and payslips.
Provide day-to-day administrative support to HR and management.
Support HR operations as needed.
