Human Resources Specialist

The Human Resources Specialist will play a key role in managing full-cycle recruitment and supporting employee training and development initiatives. This role partners closely with hiring managers and leadership to ensure we attract, hire, and develop high-performing talent.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment process (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding)
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and workforce planning
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies
• Coordinate interviews and maintain applicant tracking systems
• Support employer branding initiatives

• Identify organizational training needs through collaboration with leadership
• Design and coordinate onboarding and orientation programs
• Support the development and implementation of learning programs
• Track and evaluate training effectiveness
• Maintain training records and compliance documentation

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment and/or training & development
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of U.S. labor regulations and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is preferred to effectively coordinate with HQ and local teams.
