Overview
APM seeks a Power Platform & Microsoft 365 Solutions Specialist to design, build, and maintain automation and business apps using Microsoft technologies like Power Platform, Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online, and Azure. The role focuses on developing enterprise workflows, data models, and AI-powered solutions for business units in Canada and the U.S. Responsibilities include supporting Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Salesforce, creating automation with Power Apps and Power Automate, and helping consolidate CRM platforms.
This is a technical position emphasizing solution delivery rather than leadership.
- Design, develop, and maintain Power Automate Cloud Flows, Power Apps, and Power Virtual Agents (Copilot Studio) solutions.
- Build and manage Dataverse tables, custom connectors, and managed solutions across environments (Dev / UAT / Prod).
- Integrate Power Platform components with Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online, Azure Functions, and external APIs.
- Manage Power Platform environments, DLP policies, and connection references in accordance with organizational governance.
- Configure, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Salesforce environments.
- Configure and extend Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Customer Service, Case Management, HR workflows).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and execute a roadmap for CRM consolidation.
- Support implementation of automation and AI initiatives aligned with APM's global digital transformation roadmap.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across platforms.
- Partner with business and technical teams to translate functional requirements into scalable, secure solutions.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Develop and maintain SharePoint structures, metadata, and automation supporting document and policy management.
- Create dashboards and analytics with Power BI to track automation performance and ROI.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and document solutions to ensure maintainability and knowledge transfer.
- Technical Expertise - Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents/Copilot Studio).
- Hands-on experience configuring and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Salesforce environments.
- Strong understanding of Dataverse, custom connectors, managed solutions, and environment management (Dev/UAT/Prod).
- Familiarity with SharePoint Online, Azure Functions, and API integrations.
- Ability to configure and extend Dynamics 365 modules (Customer Service, Case Management, HR workflows).
- Experience creating dashboards and analytics with Power BI.
- Automation & AI - Knowledge of AI Builder, Copilot Studio, and automation best practices.
- Experience supporting AI initiatives aligned with enterprise digital transformation strategies.
- Governance & Compliance - Understanding of DLP policies, data integrity, security, and compliance requirements in enterprise environments.
- Collaboration & Communication - Ability to translate functional requirements into scalable, secure solutions. Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience collaborating with business and technical teams on roadmap execution.
- Preferred Skills - Experience with CRM migration or consolidation projects. Microsoft certifications (Power Platform Solution Architect, Dynamics 365) highly desirable. Familiarity with agile methodologies and enterprise governance frameworks.
This executive will be vital in expanding APM's footprint in government and commercial markets by winning high-quality contracts. Success in this role will be driven by strategic insight, operational excellence, and leadership in proposal management.
This is an individual contributor role and does not have any direct reports. The Lead may from time to time be required to support work in other regions. Domestic and international travel of approximately 20-30% may be required.
Starting Salary Range: $100K - $125k/annually

Will require one on one and group interaction with individuals from a diverse range of backgrounds.
