Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to offer an opportunity for a Hungarian Speaking Consultant to join our Client's SaaS & Cloud Computing Department. In this essential junior position role, you will support and guide our Hungarian-speaking clients as they explore our Software as a Service (SaaS) and cloud computing solutions. Your expertise will enable clients to understand the strengths and capabilities of our offerings, helping them maximize their cloud investments.
Your responsibilities will include conducting training sessions, addressing inquiries, and troubleshooting any technical challenges that clients may face. Your commitment to client satisfaction will help build enduring relationships and ensure the successful adoption of our services.
Responsibilities- Assist Hungarian-speaking clients with inquiries related to SaaS and cloud computing products
- Conduct personalized product demonstrations and training to meet client needs
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely, effective solutions
- Document client interactions and maintain detailed logs of support requests
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to relay client feedback and improve services
- Stay updated with the latest trends in the SaaS and cloud computing industry
- Fluency in Hungarian and English, both written and verbal
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service
- A basic understanding of SaaS and cloud computing concepts is preferred
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience in customer support or consulting is advantageous but not required
- A genuine interest in technology and a desire to learn about cloud solutions is essential
