Technical Program Manager

Our client, a leader in the restaurant and retail industry, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Technical Program Manager to join their dynamic team. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be part of the Technology department supporting large‑scale deployment programs across domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Technical Program Manager

Location: Remote

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale Byte Back of House (BOH) deployment programs, from planning through go‑live and stabilization
• Coordinate across multiple teams including Technology, Restaurant Operations, Finance, Security, Legal, Franchise partners, and external vendors
• Drive comprehensive program plans covering software, hardware, integrations, network readiness, training, and cutover activities
• Identify potential risks early, manage dependencies, and ensure continuous progress of complex programs
• Adapt deployment strategies to regional and market‑specific needs while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency

• 10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or related roles within enterprise environments
• Proven success managing large, complex technology deployments across multiple regions
• Strong technical fluency across software systems, integrations, and infrastructure
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and managing cross‑functional teams without direct authority
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate effectively at all organizational levels
