This role is onsite at our client's Louisville, KY corporate office. Qualified candidates must be local to Louisville. At this time, relocation assistance is not being offered.

Ingenium Talent is working with a Louisville-based technology-driven client in their search for a Technical Program Manager. We are seeking a senior Technical Program Manager to partner closely with technology leadership and drive execution across high-priority initiatives. This role goes beyond traditional project management, focusing on operational ownership, coordination, and follow-through in a fast-moving organization.
Ideal candidates will have experience in private equity-backed organizations and must be comfortable working with executive leadership. This role will play a central role in keeping priorities organized, surfacing risks, and helping teams deliver meaningful outcomes.

• Act as a key execution partner to senior technology leadership.
• Translate strategic goals into actionable plans and day-to-day initiatives.
• Proactively identify issues, tradeoffs, and decisions requiring leadership input.
• Prepare clear updates and materials for leadership and stakeholder reviews.
• Support and coordinate delivery across core technology platforms and systems.
• Drive planning, sequencing, and execution across multiple concurrent efforts.
• Define scope, milestones, ownership, and success metrics for initiatives.
• Keep work on track through structured follow-up, escalation, and problem-solving.
• Partner with stakeholders across multiple functions to align priorities and execution.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes through technology and better coordination.

• 6+ years of experience in technical program management or related roles.
• Experience working in high growth or Private Equity-backed environments.
• Strong understanding of software delivery and enterprise technology environments.
• Proven ability to manage complex work streams and competing priorities.
• Experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

• Experience supporting senior technology or business leaders in execution-focused roles.
• Background in fast-growing or change-oriented organizations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complexity into clear actions.
• Technical background in systems, engineering, or consulting.
