Responsibilities
Under moderate supervision repairs, calibrates, and maintains basic and moderately complex clinical equipment technologies, devices, instruments, and systems. Inspects, installs, and provides preventive maintenance of general clinical equipment.
QualificationsRequired:
- With an Associate's Degree:
One year performing repair and maintenance of electronic equipment - Without an Associate's Degree:
Completion of Electronics or U.S. Military Biomedical equipment technology program and One year of experience providing repair and maintenance of electronic equipment - Without degree or completion of Electronics or U.S. Military Biomedical equipment technology program:
Three years performing repair and maintenance of electronic equipment
Desired:
- Three years performing repair and maintenance of electronic equipment
- Certified Biomedical Equipment Technician
