The Opportunity...

Our Louisville Distribution Hub is hiring a Download/Key Injection Associate to join our team. Our dynamic, fast-paced team is responsible for preparing POS devices to go directly to small businesses around the US, and we are growing!

If you have prior experience in a POS Programming or warehouse role, or are just a tech savvy individual, read on!

• Download/Key Injection Associates are responsible for device programming, testing of point of sale (credit card) terminals.
• Following established Key Injection Management Procedures, the POS Programmer is responsible for injecting security encryption keys into point of sale devices by setting up terminals, using a computer system to perform the key injection, and configuring the computer system to "speak" to the terminal.
• Responsible for moving the injected device to the Download or QA department
• Track and document client issues in the online management ticketing system and is responsible for timely follow-up
• Perform other duties as required to meet business needs

• MUST LIVE LOCALLY
• MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN OR PERMANENT RESIDENT
• High School Diploma OR GED and;
• 6+ months of customer service experience
• 6+ months of technical troubleshooting experience preferred
• Demonstrated sense of accountability, problem resolution and be able to maintain a high level of integrity and honesty
• Exemplary customer service skills
• Ability to work overtime, as required
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to communicate effectively in both a written and oral form with a diversity of individuals in multiple functional areas
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within a fast-paced environment
• Must be available to work the hours of 11:15 am to 8:00 pm
• Ability to understand basic English

Compensation: $19.50/hr
