Support Technician

Our client, a leading organization in the technology support industry, is seeking a Support Technician to join their team. As a Support Technician, you will be part of the IT Support Department supporting onsite operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Support Technician

Location: Louisville, KY

• Provide deskside support for hardware and software issues
• Assist with MS Office support, email login issues, and password resets
• Support printer and peripheral devices
• Perform Windows 10 support, including desktop and laptop builds/imaging
• Manage asset inventory and facilitate data transfer tasks

• Certified in Dell and Lenovo hardware support (Forum/SDS roles)
• Minimum of three (3)+ years of deskside support experience
• Strong knowledge of Windows XP/7/10 environments
• Working knowledge of Active Directory and Windows Server 2003/2008
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to work independently
