5+ years building production Node.js/Type Script services. Strong API design (REST/Graph

QL), event-driven architecture (Kafka), Postgre

SQL, ORM experience (Drizzle preferred). Cloud-native (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform).

Healthcare/regulated Environment Experience Preferred Key Skill

API-first development
microservices
idempotent design patterns
transactional integrity
Kafka producers/consumers
outbox pattern
observability (structured logging, metrics, tracing)
CI/CD
security best practices

AI Tooling

Expected experience with AI-assisted development (Cursor, Copilot, Windsurf) for accelerated delivery.
