Role DescriptionHiring 3 Desktop Support for our client, This is a contract, on-site Desktop Support Specialist role located in the United States. The Desktop Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support for desktop computers, troubleshooting various hardware and software issues, assisting with printer support, and offering day-to-day desktop support services. This individual will work closely with end-users to resolve issues and ensure system functionality and optimal performance.
Qualifications1 Dedicated Forum Support Technician (2)
- Tier 2 desktop and end‑user support
- Windows 10 support (32/64‑bit) and Core Image
- PC/laptop imaging, installs, reloads, and moves
- MS Office and email troubleshooting
- Hardware and printer support
- Asset management, data transfer, and ticket handling
- Legacy system and application support (SDS, DMS, Salesforce, PAT)
- Windows XP and Windows 7 support
- Handheld scanner and peripheral troubleshooting
- VPN and basic network support
- Acceptance testing and validation activities
- On‑site infrastructure support (“hands and feet”)
