Responsibilities
- Good understanding of Infrastructure and network.
- Basic Administration skills for windows, Linux and VMware.
- Good understanding on Various basic issues and troubleshooting.
- General awareness of Monitoring tools and functionalities.
- Should be able to handle Multi screen monitoring.
- Should have minimum knowledge on Database administration.
- Should have knowledge on NOC team and it’s functionalities etc…
- Able to analyze and provide fixes for Regular issues
- Have good Knowledge on Service Now ticketing tool.
- Monitoring tools configuring knowledge.
- Prior NOC team experience.

Salary Range: $ 62,000-$ 72,000 a year
